What Concluda Does

Concluda is a document analysis service that uses AI to:

• Read your documents and legal papers
• Translate legal jargon into plain English
• Highlight important terms and potential red flags
• Provide summaries and explanations

Important: We provide information and analysis, not legal advice. If you need actual legal advice, talk to a real lawyer. We're smart, but we're not licensed to practice law.

Your Account

Account Creation

Creating an account is simple: we generate a random 16-digit number, and that's your account. No email, no personal info, no hassle.

Account Security

Your account number is your password. Keep it safe! If you lose it, we can't recover it because we don't have any other way to verify your identity. That's the price of privacy.

Credits System

Our service uses a credit-based system:

• Each document analysis costs a minimum of 1 credit
• Credits don't expire (because that would be annoying)
• You can buy credits in bulk for better value
• No subscriptions, no recurring charges

What You Can and Can't Do

Acceptable Use

You can use Concluda to analyze:

• Employment contracts and agreements
• Rental and lease agreements
• Service contracts and terms
• Purchase agreements and warranties
• Software licenses and terms of service
• Privacy policies
• Other legal documents you need to understand

Things You Cannot Do

Don't be a jerk. Specifically, you can't:

• Upload illegal content or documents related to illegal activities
• Try to hack, break, or abuse our service
• Use our service to generate spam, phishing emails, or other harmful content
• Share your account with others (each account is for one person)
• Upload documents that aren't yours or that you don't have permission to analyze
• Use our service for any commercial resale without permission

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Privacy and Data

Document Storage

We don't store your documents. Here's exactly what happens:

• You upload a document
• We analyze it and send you the results
• The document is immediately deleted from our servers
• You can download your analysis using the pin-protected

What We Do Store

We only keep what's necessary:

• Your account number (that random 16-digit ID)
• Your credit balance
• Non-identifying information related to your account

Payment and Refunds

Pricing

Our current pricing is:

• A minimum of 1 credit per document analysis
• Volume discounts available for bulk purchases

Refunds

If our analysis doesn't help you understand your document, we'll refund your credits. You can do this automatically up to 3 times a month using the Self-Service report a problem button. Once you complete 3 self service refunds, your refund request will be saved in an encrypted format onto our servers where it will be reviewed by us for validity, and approved/denied accordingly.

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors. We don't store your payment information on our servers.

Service Availability

We try to keep concluda running 24/7, but sometimes things break:

• We aim for 99.9% uptime, but can't guarantee it
• Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible
• If our service is down, we won't charge you credits
• We're not responsible for internet outages or your device issues

Intellectual Property

Your Content

The documents you upload remain yours. We don't claim any ownership over your files.

Our Service

The Concluda platform, our AI models, and our analysis are our intellectual property. Don't try to reverse engineer, copy, or steal our technology.

Analysis Results

The summaries and analysis we provide are yours to use however you want. Share them, print them, frame them—we don't care.

Disclaimers

Not Legal Advice: We provide information and analysis, not legal advice. Our AI is smart, but it's not a lawyer. For actual legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

Accuracy: We try to be as accurate as possible, but AI isn't perfect. Always read the original document and use our analysis as a helpful guide, not the final word.

No Guarantees: We can't guarantee that our analysis will catch every important detail or that it's 100% accurate. Use your judgment.

Limitation of Liability

Look, we're a small startup trying to help people understand documents. If something goes wrong, here's what we're responsible for:

What we'll cover: If our service doesn't work as described, we'll refund your credits and try to fix the problem.

What we won't cover: We're not responsible for decisions you make based on our analysis, legal consequences of documents you sign, or damages beyond the amount you paid us.

In legal terms: our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that didn't work.

Termination

You Can Leave Anytime

You can stop using Concluda whenever you want. Your unused credits will remain available if you decide to come back.

We Can End Service

We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to warn you first unless you're doing something seriously wrong.

What Happens to Your Data

Since we don't store your documents anyway, there's nothing to delete. Your account data will be removed within 30 days of termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do:

• We'll post the new terms on this page
• We'll update the "Last updated" date
• For major changes, we'll try to notify users in advance

Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, because that's where we're based. Any disputes will be resolved in Chicago courts (preferably over deep-dish pizza).
